Laurie Tormanen
Office Administrator

Laurie has been serving as Office Administrator since 2004.  She and her husband Curt have 4 teenagers, so any and all prayers for sanity are greatly appreciated.  One of Laurie’s favorite pastimes is watching her children perform in marching band and color guard events.  She can also be found on the road driving her "mom-taxi", at Starbucks enjoying a latte with her amazing friends, or curled up with a good book while Sam, her faithful chocolate Labrador, warms her feet.

Daniel Collins
Worship and Multimedia Ministry Leader

Daniel joined the Lake Tapps family in the fall of 2007 as our lead worshipper. His passion for music started at an early age and quickly was geared towards corporate worship.  He has been a part of church music teams since the age of 14.  In his spare time, you'll probably find him sharing his passion for music with others by teaching guitar or playing with his band.  Daniel's goal each and every Sunday is to create an environment where the congregation can meet God in pure, honest, and heartfelt worship.

Stephanie French
Director of Student Ministries

Stephanie oversees Lake Tapps' Middle School and High School ministries. She has a passion for leading young people to an authentic and dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ. With four children from preschool to college, there is never a dull moment in the French household. Stephanie enjoys creative arts, especially photograhy. She totes her camera everywhere she goes hoping to capture the nuances of life through photographs.

Connie Wilson
Preschool and Kindergarten Director

After High School, Connie served in the US Army as an Administrative Specialist. Most of her education and work experience has been focused in the area of business management. God gave Connie a strong passion for working with children and that is why she does what she does. She loves every moment of it!  She has worked at Lake Tapps Christian Preschool & Kindergarten since 1999 and has served as the director since 2000.  Some of her passions include spending time with her family, sewing, singing, spa treatments and coffee. She and her husband Jeff have two wonderful children and one beautiful granddaughter.
